As an IT Sourcer at Global FindNewJob, you will:
-Collaborate with recruiters to understand job requirements and needs;
-Source and engage with top IT talent using various platforms and tools, e.g. Linkedin, GitHub, DOU, X-Ray and Boolean search, etc;
-Build a strong talent pipeline and maintain a candidate pool in CRM;
-Screen and assess candidates to ensure they meet the job criteria.

Qualifications:
-1+ years experience in IT sourcing, using different sourcing tools and techniques or completed IT Sourcer/ Recruiter courses.
-Passion for the technology, IT sourcing and recruitment;
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
-Ability to think out of the box;
-Drive and determination to exceed targets.

English level: Intermediate/ Upper-Intermediate

Location: REMOTE

Working schedule: 9:00/10:00 – 17:00/18:00, Mon-Fri

Senior Software Engineer (REMOTE, Ukraine)

Project: AI process optimization solutions for oil refineries and chemical plant.

Responsibilities:

● Develop mission-critical software that integrates with and operates production systems

● Develop using Python / Go and utilize its rich ecosystem including the latest frameworks

● Work with high volumes of time series data using best-in-class data analysis frameworks

● Take part in the architecture, design, and implementation of our flagship product

● Measure, analyze, and improve existing code to enhance functionality, performance and robustness

● Take an active role in coding best practices processes such as code reviews, unit testing, and automated test development.

● Work with our algorithms team that develops cutting-edge machine learning algorithms

Requirements: 

● At least 5 years of software development experience

● Experience leading and implementing product features, from definition to production

● Experience with developing and maintaining production enterprise grade systems

● Skilled in writing clean, high quality, solid, maintainable, readable and secure code that scales

● Experience with relational and non-relational databases

● Excellent problem-solving skills and a drive to learn

● Team player, sense of ownership, and sense of urgency

● Comfortable working in Linux

● BA/B.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent

Advantage: 

● Python – Flask, Numpy, Pandas, TensorFlow, Jupyter

● Advanced CI and DevOps technologies – Kubernetes, Docker, Jenkins

Senior DevOps Engineer (Modiin, Israel, hybrid)

About the role

You, a top-notch DevOps engineer with a proven track record, to help design and bring to production a scalable, microservice-based, deep learning industrial process optimization cloud tools that will scale to support thousands of plants, in what will become a worldwide manufacturing optimization system.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain bleeding-edge cloud infrastructure to host services developed in-house (Docker, Kubernetes, Service Mesh)
  • Work with architects and developers to create services built on observable, scalable and secure infrastructure
  • Deploy monitoring and alerting tools to give dev and support teams insight into how their services function
  • Build out CI/CD automation and workflows for new services and maintain workflows for existing services
  • Leverage public cloud services and tools to improve the efficiency and reliability of our services and workflows
  • Research and integrate new tools

 Our toolbox includes:

Requirements:

  • At least 5+  years as a DevOps Engineer
  • Experience developing and maintaining microservice-based SaaS systems
  • Experience managing CI/CD tools: Jenkins or GitLab CI or ArgoCD
  • Experience with container orchestration, Kubernetes, docker swarm
  • Experience with AWS and/or Google Cloud

Advantage:

  • Development experience, preferably in Python
  • Knowledge of Experience using Istio, LinkerD, or other service mesh tools
  • Hands-on production troubleshooting experience
  • Experience in maintaining web-based products
  • Experience in handling on-premise infrastructure
  • Experience building out VPC
