The goal of the revamp project is to enhance the overall user experience by optimizing user journeys, making the design more playful, and reimplementing the application using React Native and new bank standards for backend systems.

B2B2C wealth management platform as a service. The project aimed at providing a platform that covered the entire wealth management value chain, integrated with different banks and third-party services, and ensured analytics and compliant reporting based on the available data.

Responsibilities

-leading a cross-functional team (up to 13) and navigated the team through structural changes

-maintenance and extension of the existing functionalities, and migration of the platform from Google Guice into Spring Boot

-improved SDLC by improving requirements analysis and design phases to complete the DoRand Testing phase to meet DoD

-reduced time the team spent on quarterly reporting from more than 30 days up to 10 days by improving the third-level support and quality of releases

-supported Product Manager with planning and roadmap; was accountable for technical decisions
