A platform for providing support products like chatting, voice messaging, and guides of customer platform)and customers, managing the agent and verifying the quality assurance of agent works

Responsibilities

Our team is actively involved in supporting and integration new

products to the platform, implementing new features, and increase

testing productivity.

Design of a system to migrate aggregated data from the temporary

MongoDB database to the main DB. The main challenge was to

process nearly 50 million records after the last scraping and

provide actual data for analysis with a minimal gap.

Integrate the prediction part into the analytics platform.
